A trip to see you would be fun.How eggciting. $20 grand would suit you for a while. Maybe even enough money to take a trip to my ranch in California![]()

Looks like you have your next 'rafter chicken' in the making!!!Chippy prolapse stayed in overnight. Yay!
And Geronimo is learning to roost. She is a bit precocious that one!

I fear you may be right! When I open the top of the tent, which I try to do only very rarely because it terrifies them, Geronimo jumps to the highest point available and cranes upwards looking at the possibility of making it to the bathroom light fixture.Looks like you have your next 'rafter chicken' in the making!!!
you go, Geronimo!!!!

In my humble opinion, no flock is complete without a rafter chicken!!!
@RebeccaBoyd 's was Momma Hen, @Ponypoor has a couple, I have lots...we all need a rafter chicken - or two, or three......we don't all need 2 dozen, though!

Does he take new patients?Dr's love to give us internal organ diagnoses ~ they told me a decade ago my Xray showed kidney & gall stones, never had any symptoms ~ they told my sis she had a liver cyst & prescribed meds that were worse than dying so she went for a 2nd opinion & Dr said the meds should never have been prescribed for seniors & there was nothing wrong w/ her liver! I pray the best outcome for you too
Our vet "Dr Z" as his office staff affectionately calls him. BFTP 2023 pic w/Suzu. I only wish human Dr's could all be as sweet as this vet Dr.

Got woken this morning by desperate shrieks from my bathroom. Little Cookie may be small, but her voice is mighty.
I grabbed her and saw a bit of poop on her bum so I cleaned that up but she was still shrieking.
Then I noticed she couldn’t see. Her eyes were gummed shut. Not swollen just shut. So I took a clean cotton ball with warm water and wiped her face. Her eyes sprang open and she stopped shrieking.
She rushed straight for breakfast.

Meanwhile Geronimo is a terror. She isn’t a bully but she is determined to explore the wider world. I had to use my phone to block her exit but she is fast!

She is pretty though so can get away with anything!

Update on Chippy and her prolapse later. I can’t catch her right now to inspect.
They are 4 days old.
I will try at the weekend. I planned to move Tassels into new clean quarters yesterday but had a bad reaction to asting on my neck. Massive swelling so I can’t move my head very well and also fever. So am giving myself another 24 hours to recover.
Chippy sprouted cute little wings overnight.
