People do so many crazy things w/ their Silkies... celebrities carry them around like outfit accessories, bicyclists ride around w/ them in their bicycle baskets, swimmers float them on pool toys, automobile drivers put them in car seats so they can see out the window, Harley bikers strap miniature helmets on top of Silkie crests... & now top hats/vests/& sunglasses?!https://www.facebook.com/reel/1482069429584545
I know a lot of these affects are AI generated. I cannot help it though, I want a tiny pair of sunglasses and a hat for my silkies.
Can you put a cardboard box in the nest, then the nesting material (then, of course, the eggs and momma?) When I shop at my local feed store, I 'face' their canned dog & cat food, and take the empty boxes and use those in the bottom of my nest boxes (& top with nesting material) for easy clean out. (some of them are a bit small, so I open them up on one long side, and they fit pretty well)Fun little party trick! See how quickly they disappear!
However, in the morning I need to figure out something for under the nest. I took a peek at bedtime and saw egg through the wire at the bottom of the nest box. Silly Delft, they'll only incubate on one side if you do that!
