Tractor Supply Company. I got mine 2 years ago, @WhoDatChick just got one this year so they still have them. It was a little pricy if I remember right.

Good question. I tried to keep them from going around the window for that reason. Let me check the camera.

Doesn't look like too much light is bleeding through.
