It’s much more than just a sick bird. Jaffar is the only roo for all the tribe. I wouldn’t be able to control his ladies without him. And he’s a wonderful friend and family member of mine. (I fear for losing him)
 
The problem chickens have with strong winds, apart from getting blown about is they can't hear. This is what causes them most distress I believe.

She was. She eventually went to a nest box for awhile, came out doing the egg/escort song and the whole bit, but didn’t produce anything.

That is very Lilly like behavior. Lilly has been walking around clucking like that for over a week. No egg that I can tell of so far.
 
Or the equivalent of trying out a new hair color.
After @Ribh had her Barred Rock turn into a white leghorn I've started getting concerned that Lilly might turn into a Barred rock when she molts this fall. :eek:

@ChicoryBlue I just printed them from my phone on my home printer with photo paper. My daughter uses an online service to print her photos of Eve. I can find out what service she uses if it would help you out or you want a recommendation.
