I am with you on level of interest but for some random reason I know how a rugby ball is held and that a football is not held except in American football. We are now well past my level of knowledge or interest!I'm glad you clarified *football*. Unlike most of my compatriots *football* always means soccer, not any of the other 3 codes played here, & I don't think I've ever seen a game of American *football* in my life.I have almost zero interest in any sort of sport.
I would love a double sinkTwo compartment sink. Wash then rinse?![]()
@featherhead007 As well as a air vent that doesn't drag air pollution indoorsI would love a double sink
Ps. I can’t blame it on the weather being too hot this time. It’s a much cooler day today.I wonder just how long I can procrastinate today without having to cut down those several trees that need falling. (Maybe if I wait long enough, they will drop themselves down and cut themselves into logs)![]()

Even a charcoal filter screen might work for your vents.
Oh, good point! Thanks for clarifying.I was trying to articulate what I do and I think you captured it. For the Ozzies think American Football (not soccer) or Rugby in terms of how to hold the ball (I mean chicken) and with their head facing backwards relative to you.
Good for you! Goodness, I really need to improve on all of this. I’m glad it’s working for you!View attachment 2760632
I dont on a regular bases,{ I really love good coffee} I do when I am feeling dehydrated or just thirsty
but I have for the last 15ish years decaf my self every year.
This year I wanted to focus on my joint health, I have really abused my short self doing a lot of physical work, No, I dont have scientific documentation, but I will tell you this,
@Marie2020 - yes, try and buy Swiss Water / Water decaffeinated Organic coffee - they use-- formaldehyde, carbon dioxide as a solvent, methylene chloride
My husband has generically VERY high blood pressure- no caffeine for him at all- he drinks a tall glass of water with Braggs ACV every morning.
yes- caffeine and red wine makes night sweats worse- good for you to for drinking tea,
I have had since Saturday been drinking hot lemon water, iced lemon or lime water, Braggs apple cider in room temp water, and just water, water, water lolololo I have had one cup of decaf in the morning and one in the afternoon. I really haven't wanted more coffee than that.
what I have noticed is my hands dont hurt as bad, I am not as hungry, my gut is happier,
I feel better, but at the same time we do have a very healthy food diet, we always have. BUT, we have tightened it up this year. We have cut things out, things we dont eat a lot of but felt it would help our joint health, blood sugar, and heart health. AND NO, there is no science documentation this is just what we do-- No premade products- eat fresh- Nothing with flour, sugar, no juice it is lot of sugar, cut the use of cheese by more than 1/2, I only cook with organic butter, we eat a LOT of fresh vegetables, and use portion control, if we feel full stop eating, dont eat enough for 3 people.
Now 4th of July I did cook burgers & Brats on the grill and John Adams came for dinner Hahahaha but we dont eat this way everyday.
So,,, This Grandma has a lot of grit, I stay very busy, I refuse to retire. In my employment days I was in Grocery Store management, I can throw freight with the best of them.
like I said, this is just us, we are very tough oldER folks, at 72 my DH can work as hard as he did at 40- even though he did fall off the roof in 2013 and broke 11 bones,, thats a story for another day.![]()
