I just got a can of Dr P yesterday, it is chilling in my fridge. I love the stuff, the used to sell in in 1.25 litre bottles when I was a late teen so I would mix it with vodka for parties (no one else wanted to drink Dr Pepper ) but now here it is expensive because it’s ‘Imported’
When I was in Vegas and was hungover I went to the casino next door that had Burger King and got a massive cup of it, my dream
I even braved walking past the little person out the front of that casino dressed as a leprechaun to get it

Join the queue. There's a few with that problem. Portia is a SLW Frizzle ~ & no, it's probably not fair. Any frizzle I've ever owned has been a real fluffy butt without even trying!

I've always been a Bailey's girl myself. Expensive & unaffordable.

In my experience and it is limited, once the chicks were hatched, Sydney was still dominated by the other hens but not nearly in the same way as before. She also avoided the main tribe and went off on her own with her chicks when free ranging. She was fiercely protective of them.

I don't think you can predict that they will be aggressive with the chicks. I believe that is a real rarity. They go broody wanting to be a Mum. I believe they will then mother their chicks 99% of the time.

I agree, but I wouldn't trust our Peggy with someone else's chicks. Come to think of it, not even her own. I hope she proves me wrong one day.
