How is Phyllis doing? Her little ones should be arriving soon right?

Phyllis still has to be removed from the nest. She just will not get up on her own.

She is however sitting strong. She is going to hatch those ceramic eggs.

Her chicks are scheduled to hatch on 8/2.

Would anyone know here if water melon would help my chicken with her liver or would it be best not too give her anymore.

It's very hot outside and this would help with cooling them all down

I freeze my watermelon, so pecking it takes a refreshing cool time to consume

I do not believe that watermelon effects the liver in any way. I would certainly give it to her to help her cool down.

Watermelon effects me all the time. Here they cost $4 bucks each, and I buy two a week. (I try to find the ones with seeds, the chickens like the seeds) in fairness, I get a few slices for myself.
