I also get these, non GMO with mini seeds. Chickens don’t know the difference, but I do. CFC96F3D-6CE7-4E60-95F2-0379468550B8.jpeg

Miss Ruby was stumbling badly this morning. She’s having trouble walking because she has swelled up so badly. I have a call in to the avian vet. She needs help of some kind… either draining plus an implant or possibly euthanasia. 🙁

She was still eating and drinking, but is having trouble getting around. She’s taken on the penguin stance, too. My poor, little valiant fighter baby.

Oh no. So sad to hear that even though I guess at some level it is expected.

This little ball of fluff wants to let everyone know that her sister is just fine. She also wants it to be known that I am mean because I wont let them out right now so they can continue to play "chicken" with the weedeater. I had to put them up, they keep coming right up to the thing.
They are curious, that’s all.
