Oh no! It's the arms. Personally I think that if chickens were to hold tools they would use their feet and or beaks. Wings could be used to express, like a person talking with their hands, but I don't think they'd be good for holding onto things.

I have this one chicken that follows my turkeys around because she knows they will dig her up some extra bugs and the turkeys know that Chicken Lady is the boss.
