Amber doesn't eat most of the food or yogurt. She's not a gluttonous greedy girl not one bit.

I got splashed with yogurt in the rush. I'm being hen pecked :duc😢

Runner is SO much better since Wednesday, the second day since we move the two shrubs (we planted two shrubs in the chicken coop for decoration, but our chickens just ate all of it's leaves and dug it's roots out, so we moved them out) out. She has been digging and scratching a lot more lately, also napping a lot less. Signs of her getting better!

Hi everyone, just checking in. I'm sorry I'm late but happy belated birthday Alex. My sister is on the mend finally but I tested positive today. Tuesday evening started feeling like a sinus infection was coming on and honestly that is what it feels like I have. A sinus infection from hades. I'm fully vaccinated and have been since April so hopefully it keeps it at a sinus infection type situation. I have no fever thankfully but my blood sugar levels are slightly elevated, not dangerous though yet. That is going to be the tricky part as of right now, because my doctor insisted I start steroids before it got to my lungs so prescribed a prednisone pack. I know from experience that steroids makes my levels go stupid, so instead of taking them like normal he wants me to only take 2 a day for a week. That way hopefully while it will increase my blood sugars somewhat it wont send me into the 500 plus range which will require hospitalization. Right now they are hovering at 180 to 200 but I'm crossing everything possible that I can manage to keep them below 350. Everyone else in the house is fine so far and are supposed to come off of quarantine next Wednesday, but we will have to see if that gets extended now with my positive result.
Sorry to hear that you have caught the “plague”. I hope you don’t get too sick, supposedly since you are vaccinated you won’t have as severe a case. And good luck with your blood sugar levels too.
I can’t believe we are still dealing with Coronavirus. When will it end?

Under the roses, a favorite spot.
Rosie also uses this area, which is under the livingroom window, to scream at us to come outside.

Definitely the best waterer, despite not being hooked up (I clean and refill it almost daily) it is used by every critter imaginable from wasps to possums and all of ours too.

It works as a feet cooling station as well.
