Whew finally caught up. I gave up trying to sort out posts when the site went crazy, then work, I was days behind.
We had our first night of near freezing temps, it was 33 when I woke up at 7am. Not quite ready yet, but the weather rarely asks anyone's opinion.

Still struggling to find things Brenna wants to eat, she doesn't look super skinny, and it looks like her crop changes throughout the day, but I don't see her eat much. On the positive she is hanging out with the others more often, so hopefully she is on the better side of her molt.

Here are some fluffy butts from friday and pictures of a white-painted sphinx moth, often called a hummingbird moth that came to visit.

As you may have guessed I've been really worried about settling my little battery girls in with my 3 spoilt madame's. So i did the one at a time, with the two babies.

This morning I was in a mad dash so just separated them.
As I went out to add more food amber had jumped the gate too join in with the two little ones, with no problems at all. The next time I went out flexi was there as well.

So having an important appointment I had to just take a risk and leave them all together. They were all fine. I'm soooooo relieved :ya:woot

Right after I took this, Sansa went over with the express purpose of flushing them. The Phyllistines were ready and ducked in the bush before Sansa could get them! 🤣
