What’s that red next to her nostril?
It was blood. She had likely banged her nose on the hardware cloth while trying to run and avoid the larger hens. I've seen it before. It is pretty typical in a panicked state for it to occur. Phyllis has even done it recently.

Initial Reations to Sansa from the Vet
Switch her to baby chick feed. Worried about nutritional deficit of some kind.

Make sure oyster shell is available.

Heat the coop if I can.

Blood work drawn and sent out. Will likely be next week until it comes back.

Vet is going to research situation as she has not really seen this before.

Of course they are also doing a fecal exam.
I recall Hazel did eat a tiny bit and Butters just loved the Exact baby bird feed I tried with them. Ate it like yogurt. You could try some crushed fruity Tums or citrate & D3 in with it too in case she's not taking enough oyster shell or isn't metabolizing oyster shell well.
Heat - a heating pad on low, covered with a small towel and then wrapped in Press 'n Seal (a la @Blooie) if she roosts in a next box, or on a bar where she roosts, will work.

That "to do" list grows faster than it gets marked off! Glad I'm not the only one with that situation :lau
I am experimenting using the reminders app on my phone for a to do list. This is all in preparation for retirement - I have never actually used a to do list previously.
Well it is daunting - every time I think of something I should do I tap it into my phone. That works great except that I think of things at roughly 50x the rate at which I can do anything. And I am eating into the 'doing things' time by typing in the 'to do' list.
I may be a lost cause.

The heating pad idea is great.

Good morning. I did not get any mug shots this weekend, but for now, there’s this. I wanted to show you the second gate I was thinking of relocating to the back side of the run under the walnut tree.
I like your idea, it's on the other side in case they're over there, and they would like the cover from the tree. But best of all is YOU HAVE A DOOR READY TO GO! That would be the part I would take forever to figure out and do.
