Sandy helped me so much when I was putting up the new feeder. She had me on strict occ health and safety supervision which really slowed down my progress. A five minute job took ten minutes. But at least she wasn't hurt in the process

I suspect my girls will 'help' when I do some more of the run, given that they won't be allowed to free-range... hmm, that could be problematic....

Several milestones were reached today.

First and foremost they have now explored the entire yard. Here they are in each sector.

The Butterfly Bushes

The Deck

The Side Yard

Sansa Checked out the Brush Pile

The Grape Vines and the Magnolia Tree

And finally, the Side Door to the Coop Complex

Tegan

Feisty little madam, currently has the two salmons holed up in the enclosed part of the tractor. I had to put separate food and water in there because she won't let them out.

Nyssa and River (can't tell who is who from the photos)

More frightened of Tegan than they are of me. Hopefully she doesn't terrorise them too much. It will be interesting to see Lucy and Tegan go head-to-head. My money's on Lucy but I bet Tegan will give her a run for her money.
