I know this is a terrible thing to say on Bob's thread, but I prefer brown eggs. If they are EEs and IF they lay blue/green eggs Rosie will be doing cartwheels. No matter the color of the shell, the eggs will taste the same.
You could always send @BY Bob any blue eggs you have?:idunno

My littles love being outside even in the rain so I've locked them in now

Do you have an idea of what is troubling her? She is a pretty girl...is she part Dark Cornish?
Cockerels, jerk cockerels is what’s troubling her and several of my other younger girls. She is
Barnvelder and Ameraucana, or Barnvelder/Ameraucana cross or BVxA crossed with BVxA. I had a lot of Broody hens but 60 hens and Two Roosters, so was having a fair amount of trouble with getting fertile eggs under the broodies, so I hatched out some eggs from a neighbour. There’s a Little too much back crossing/inbreeding there, but at least the broodies got babies out of it!
