A stray rooster entered into my yard. My kids were locked up (thankfully) . I had to catch and return the rooster back over the fence! I’m tired!

I really should mail you the 18 count cartons I have. I do not use them really. All jokes aside. It sort of bothers me a little bit that if you are giving someone free fresh eggs regularly that they do not save and return the cartons. I do not know egg prices out in California, but here store bought start out at 1.99 a dozen. I sell mine for 3 a dozen and others charge between 3 to 4. To me if I give you the eggs and you can not at least return the carton when you want more I'm going to start charging.

Well, I've been banned from kitchen for the next hour. Rosie got off the bus and came in declaring she's baking a cake. I actually fear the mess as I had it spotless. Told her fine though, but she better leave the kitchen how she found it.

So, that just means she doesn't really LOOK at the kitchen until she is done. Then, how she 'sees it' then is how she 'found it', What, mom, I don't see anything wrong...

Strawberry cake is done and mess cleaned up. Seeing as how she had enough frosting left over for a 2nd one she decided to go ahead and make a white cake as well.

Looking back on that rooster situation, Jaffar was locked up, but if he had wire cutters he would have gone through the fence and made hamburger out of the trespassing roo. (Even at twice his size)! My Jaffar is one tough little guy.
