Ok caught me… technically we stopped “watching” the news a Long time ago, even before we gave up our TV services, because it was either irrelevant fluff or sensationalized garbage, then in 2017 with no cable/satellite we stopped “watching” anything really except old tv series. Then in 2019 I found the radio was putting a phantom draw on our electrical so it went too. I suppose I meant “watch” as in just staying up on current events… if something big happens someone local usually says something about it and then I might look into it. But the days of sitting down with a daily newspaper or the evening new program on the television, or even tuning into CBC are mostly over here. It’s just too much.

Well I can still do that! Although honestly I’ve been considering ripping it out completely for a little more storage space by there’s also some electrical and the plumbing vent running through there.
