Hey Michelle do you have a local feed mill that makes their own feed? If so maybe you can get them to make up a feed for you?

Many horse people so this all the time. And so do lots of dairy farmers here.

Horse people picky about the hay, picky about the feed, show up to Buckerfields in a freaking corvette… sigh. Horse people If it means I can pick up some slightly sun bleached on the exterior hay for a discount…

Oh dear, no matter how advanced medicine gets its always limited by something I just always worry about things myself...

I am sure glad that your friend is out of the hospital and hope they are ok.

I'm pleased to say she's doing really well and I saw her today for the first time in ages. We all had a fabulous lunch .

Well I don’t have any beware of chicken signage but I made a joke about this sign back in 2019 and DH got it for me that Christmas…

He also brought this sad slightly frozen aloe home recently… I’m not sure if I can save it, but I’m going to try.

Somewhere in the midst of all the little black fuzzballs is baby Raven. 1 of the 2 white ones is Creamy. Sadly I lost the other white one 2 days later. Raven could be the one in the main back with the mostly black comb. Until she started laying she had a completely black face including her comb which earned her the name of Raven.

I really do have a thing for black chickens. A bucket full of black chicks is a cuteness overload for me!

They seem to have a lot to talk about - they go on like that from dawn to after dark with a couple of nap-breaks.

You should have a minimum of 100 Sq feet for 10 birds to roam during the day. Does it meet the number?

It will be 20ft X 40ft plus the coop is an additional 20X18ft floor space.
