Lilly is the flock protector! She has sort of taken on the roll of the rooster.I do not have ducks. They are wild and use my pool cover as a pond every spring. Lilly keeps them in line. They try to eat the chicken's food. Lilly runs them off. She once even got on top the male duck one time and rode him for a while, all the time pecking at his head. It was quite a site. I was so surprised I did not think to record it.
Lilly runs this yard. No squirrels or ducks allowed on land, for sure.
