Well Bunny spent over 24 hours inside shrieking at everyone who walked by on her spot on the couch. I just put her outside to much complaining so she can go relieve herself and eat. I have the living room window open and will see how long it takes her to come back in. If she is still determined tonight, I will fill up a box with hay and place it on top of the couch in her spot and set her. Guess who she has not screamed at like a banshee if they speak to her. Yup, Grandma. She is allowed to talk to her, pet her and give her sips of water out of a cup.

The greenhouse frame mover is finished and tested. It's good enough and works! But the ends of the lifter get caught in the net easily, so it took some practice to figure out how to maneuver with it to get it inside the frame. I'll be moving the complex soon and I'll post a picture then. Here it is, with a few fluffy butts:

Here's Butters and Peanut shoulder-to-shoulder.

Doesn’t Peanut and Butters go together well anyways! :idunno:oops:

Awww… and then Lucky hopped up, even though she’s molting. This is a plus of not feeling well. I’m forced to sit down.

And now Flo.

See, they are all checking on their mum, making sure you are okay & to say 'hi' 🥰

It is lovely to see them all. With you being so busy lately, I've missed the multiple pic and vids of them!❤️

Hope you are feeling better soon!

Other chicken updates… I now have Broody Mama number three. My crazy roost under the trusses and hatch more babies than anyone else mama is now grumpily sitting on a nest in a cat carrier, and I have one more you going threatening to go broody, but still refusing to sit on the nest overnight.
It's that time of year. I have 3 hens with chicks, a Cochin who is almost broke up, Bunny who is now broody and will potentially get eggs tonight. Blueberry is still walking around angrily puffed up and clucking but has set to commit to setting. When Blueberry commits to setting she will join the cochin in being broken up, I still need some laying hens and not everyone being a momma.

I am happy to report that Dotty beat the crap out of my (bare) ankles when I went into the Chicken Palace to give fresh water to everyone.
That chicken is nuts! But I prefer her nuts to mopey, so I am happy.
Back in fine form! Maybe you could wrap your ankles with puttees. "Dotty's Puttees"
