At least 6. I rescued her and Patsy from living underneath someone's front porch. I have no idea what her true age is. She had not laid an egg in what seems like 6 months. I don't believe I marked the day she stopped. I'll try to pay better attention from now on. Eggs from Patsy and Lilly were pretty sparse this past year. I kind of figured she was done.

I wondered because of the shape of the egg. I think Fat Bird laid five or six last year and they all had that tapered look. Ruffles, Tink, BlueSpot much the same when they got on in years.

Dunno. I always check the threads I'm following manually because my notifications are erratic.

I think I will turn mine off. I check anyway and the notifications are just filling up my inbox.

I don't use the email notifications. Just come in here and watch alerts and watched threads. The email would drive me crazy. You must be getting hundreds of emails every day!

Her egg used to be a solid brown too. I noticed it was getting lighter last spring. Patsy's lightened as well towards the end.

That happened with my Lucy too. (avatar) She doesn't lay at all anymore. Ah...who cares? I love her.

I keep hoping my Lucy has stopped laying as well, so I don’t lose her to egg peritonitis.
