Are they flighty or pretty grounded? I might have to find a couple if they’re cuddly like Bob’s Sansa!
I do have bantams, not standards, but they all will feed from my hand & tolerate handling & are quite friendly. They are fliers though. ;) They aren't dominant or in any way aggressive. They run really well with my Campines too ~ & not all my girls enjoy my Campines. :D

Sansa is a standard and is not a flyer. Based upon the size she will be when full grown I can't imagine she will ever be a flyer. She is a climber though. The top of that fence is 6 feet (about 2 meters).

For the extra hen that I wasnt sure I wanted, I sure am glad I took her. I have become a big fan. She is just a sweetheart.

Knocks three went off to their new home half an hour ago. I found it pretty hard to let them go.
I think I prefer to let them live a while longer and kill them to eat strange though this may seem. The more time I spend with chickens for more I have to think about how I deal with their death and injury within myself.
Anyway, the young man is already besotted with the cockerel in particular. They will get some free range time apparently. The household has two dogs and while the dogs have been fine with other creatures in the past there is a training process the young mans father does with the dogs when new company arrives. Until this is completed they'll be confined.
Saying goodbye is never easy. :hugs

Sounds like a good home though.

Thank you! Please tell me she is at least eating well and enjoying some aspects of chickeny life!
It doesn't seem to be phasing her much apart from being cold. I have some cracked corn for them now on the advice of Ribh and Shadrach which, hopefully, will help warm her up.

In today's photo you can see that her skin is almost completely covered and the feathers are beginning to open out. She is still losing head and flight feathers. It looks like it may become a 100% moult!
