Phyllis did a little photo shoot for me this morning.

Quite the photo ham isn't she? So lovely.
I'm going to have a talk with all my surrounding neighbors today. I really hope that there is a solution to my problem, and (not have to lock up my flock ) because of the new neighbor. We shall see.

I don't think Phyllis needs an agent - she sets her own terms!

It's going just fine. I don't believe that you have anything to worry about. You may not like what you see at times but there is no fear the way they get on the big roost next to the big girls. That's very good.

That is a good point and a very reassuring observation. It isn't like the little ones hesitate to get on the big roost to get to the window, and neither did the nearest Princess rush to attack.
The early morning wake-up routine provides further reassurance.
Though I can't imagine this early morning surprise will be tolerated by the Princess a second time!
No wonder everyone stands stock still right after - shock all around

I was afraid you might regret it. I'm sorry this has caused you pain. I wish I could make it better for you my friend. Keep reminding yourself that you did what was best for them and start to focus on the flock you have. There is joy hidden in there as well.

I love the way she ducks her tail! That's great. Definitely looks like things are progressing very well.
