Thank you! That’s Maxine Wanda. She’s a lap chicken first, but also a Dominique. So far though she has blue eyes. She’s about two months old.
She really is quite the looker. Very beautiful. 🥰

I live 10 minutes from Hershey Park. You have truly been in my neck of the woods. I hope you enjoyed yourselves.

Yes we did even though we had to chaperone teenagers 😲 and of course , all the chocolate :drool

Too bad we did know you then 🤷 you could have introduced us to chickens 😉

I have only had chickens here since 2013. So I likely did not have them then. If you ever come again though.......

She is a beautiful lady. Is she doing a slow molt. She looks a little rumpled, not as smooth as usual. Lilly looks like that now. She is having her usual slow molt.
It's hard to tell with Fat Bird but I suspect you're right. It's her tail feathers that tend to give her away.
Strange she doesn't have the eating problems some of the others seem to when moulting.:p:love

Poor Fudge! A couple of mine went at it hard this year, too. A couple others are sloooow, steady molters. I like that, as most of mine go off lay during molt and I like thst they get a break.
She looks rough this evening. I didn't want to embarrass her by taking a picture.
