Can someone help me find the post where Mel wasn’t doing great? I saw a reply, but not the post. I’ve gone back and forth thru the thread and thought I was all caught up.

I’m having so much fun watching your little princesses and learning what I have to look forward to! Flash says hi!

That is a wonderful bath and a fluffy butt in a tree is definitely 'one-up' on our usual fluffy butts! Here are two more videos; Penny bathing in her favourite sandy spot and Chickie’s fluffy butt in a tree.
Doesn't Flash fly? I assumed it was a breed characteristic. It freaked me out a bit at first but now I like it even if when I let them out in the morning I have to duck to avoid collision!Yes, she’s a hatchery bird, so likely not a high quality Legbar.I hope her eggs turn out to be blue, as they should. She’s an absolute sweetheart and adventurous, too! I think it’s hilariously cute that yours are into flying!
Supposedly so and @micstrachan has confirmed as she has one too. You know me and chicken breeds, I am still learning! Is she a Legbar...I love her crest!![]()
She says thank you for saying so, and that she is aware! She's so pretty! ❤
I am not sure if this will work but it should be on this page: https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...-of-our-flock.1286630/page-2362#post-23563371Can someone help me find the post where Mel wasn’t doing great? The chickens are beautiful...but what I really love about this is the conversation in the background! Here is a video of when we first got Emily and Lucy, our original two. Emily is having a bath. Look how dark red they are, Lucy has got a lot lighter in colour!
Trust me this was a first....Lucky you, I’m still about 40 behind!![]()
