I tried for a fluffy butt picture today but they all turned to face me when I got close.

"Here's bucket boy, has he got walnuts? Quick everybody check for walnuts!"

I would be a bit concerned. I would certainly keep an eye on her.
I think you are right about the intestine shed, but in the picture, the poop looks very dark and wet.

I’m also extremely concerned about Lucy today; she’s acting very off. She also appears to have done a weird poo with something red in it.

I can take Lucy’s sample with me today. I’m not holding out a lot of hope for her, she’s very off.
