Just saw this thread. What do ppl do on here

Hello. It's a bit hard to answer your question - I would say we just chat. Mainly we chat about our chickens but also a bit about other things. We share a lot of pictures of our chickens and tell stories about our flocks.
@BY Bob is our host here so he should really explain it. I am sure he would say you are welcome to join in and please introduce us to your flock (ideally with pictures)! :)

Oh I just noticed you are in New Jersey (did I get that right?). Me too.

A couple of my 28 chickens lol.

Just a bit about myself:
I have 8 dogs, we breed. I also breed ducks, mostly mixed breeds. I live on a 135 Akers farm that I use for ducks, chickens, dogs, pigs, cows, horse(s), and barn cats.

Yup I am! What part are you in? If your ok to share.

Lots of talking and showing pictures. Mostly about our chickens but the odd cat, dog and cow have been known to appear.
ByBob tells us about his flock and their chicken politics and we all support each other and offer advice and hugs in a crisis.
There are regular posters on here from all over the globe. It is a worldwide virtual flock!
And don't forget the new and still nameless goat!

Sounds fun.
Speaking of cows...

I have a “small” flock of ducks and chickens 🐓 maybe I’ll share some pics.
Oh those are fine looking cows! @Kris5902 is our resident expert on coos (also known as big land-chickens!). Do your cows mix with your chickens? We have learned of some problem interactions between the two!

No they are separated. The cows get around 50 Akers and the chickens and ducks get 4 Akers if you include the pond area.
