Looks Like Winter is not Quite Done Yet

The sun is gone, the west wind has fired up and is starting to howl. It's still 44°F but it feels cold again. This warning just fired up on all my devices.

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of heavy snow is possible Thursday morning into the afternoon, especially in south-central Pennsylvania.

Phyllis says be patient. Only 2 weeks to go. Winter is going to fight on for a couple of more days.

I love you Phyllis, but I think your wrong, we are in for longer then 2 weeks. My 3 wooly mammoth horses are still hanging on to every single hair on their winter coat. This time last year, i'd pet them and be covered.
