It’s a liquid. Although not on the bottle, the site says you can dose neat at 1.75ml per kg of live weight. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sounds like my birthday tomorrow will be spent checking poop and stressing over things 😕
I don't know the make of wormer.
@BY Bob mentions a good method of administering the wormer. I do the bread method on the cooperative chickens.
I've been known to mix wormers into all sorts of concoctions to make the chicken eat it. A tiny bit of honey mixed in with the wormer soaked up by the pieces of bread helps.

Thanks again @Shadrach and @BY Bob.
Sorry I’m all problems atm!
I’ll try snatch and weigh her in the dark of morning then work out her dose and give it a go with the honey idea.

We are all all problems sometimes. No apologies necessary. If you're going to do a towel grab don't forget to weight the towel first. , then you can just quickly place her on the scales.
Because it goes in water and there is no real way to regulate how much a chicken drinks in a given amount of time, it's reasonably safe to assume that the dosage is not critical. Go to the plus side on the dosage if you are in any doubt about getting the full dose down her.
Underdosing is just one of the things that help build up worms resistance to the wormers.

I got the idea from you my friend. Something I have really taken to heart because it is way more reliable than having them drink it. I have snuck medicine into penne pasta before. 😆

Check her crop while you are at it. 😉

No worries about problems. We all have them. I'm glad @Shadrach and I were here to help live.

This is very true. Wormers are just like antibiotics and resistance can build up.
