How are you doing? What makes you think she is sick?My Emma may be sick
That would definitely be a sight to see! A bit like a lion washing himself like a house-cat!I wonder if the feathered dinosaurs did any dustbathing?
On my original post. That word that doesn't make sense...is supposed to be ...funny!
She’s not acting like her sweet hen self. I’m checking for egg binding nowHow are you doing? What makes you think she is sick?
What an awesome video! Dust be flyin’!
Sorry, Alex. I hope not.My Emma may be sick
Glad you figured out the cause of that stridor. Her body language and behavior looked great to me.Queenie is tooting - wheezing a note - when she breathes (the out-breath I think) and when her head is upright. It's quiet when her head is down, pecking or eating. I've heard a couple of quick squeaks like a cough too. If she runs she's tooting and sort of growly breathing the other way until she catches her breath. She was quiet this morning, we came back from a walk and I heard it. She doesn't feel hot or look off color, shall I bring her inside and look down her throat? Of course I'm thinking some parasite in her airway, or a lung infection. I haven't yet got a poo sample. Need to stalk her for that....

Good grief! With all my rodent infestation I have never had that. I guess at least it is clean.
