Well, they are in the big coop in their own section for a long time.. so there’s lots of time for everyone to get used to them being around... and I also think it goes easier the more times you do it and the more hens you have...
So they have seen each other for a while now. OK. I feel better now.

I've never seen or heard of them in the Midwestern united states.
I've seen them further west and I think the Southwest in Colorado and Arizona. But in googling I see there's two types, one type there and the other in Florida.
