How could you opt out of those subjects?I opted out of both math & science in High School so I'm pretty clueless in both areas.![]()
Beetov-Hen can hold a grudge, and take revenge! Just saying. (Crazy Leghorns)Revenge is sometimes cruel!![]()

With ravelry, at least I can use the filters to weed out what I'm not wanting to work on: finding that pattern for you: in my library, crochet patterns, accessories: neck/wrap...brought the patterns to search through down to 50 or so...4x? layout of thumbnails and easy. until the thumbnail pic doesn't ring any bells...Thank you.Yep. I use a pattern for a particular thing & don't save it then go demented trying to find it again. My book marks has hordes of patterns I've never actually used. I have something backwards here.

Easy peasy. I have no aptitude for either. Failed math from grade 3 on so by the end of grade 10 I didn't have to take math @ all & I did science for idiots which isn't really science. Neither is necessary for Uni out here unless they've changed it, but it wasn't required when I went through as I was doing Humanities & Arts anyway. Obviously you need both if you are doing any of the sciences but I wasn't.How could you opt out of those subjects?![]()
I had to do this but all of this knitting conversation is going to require some more chicken tax. Let's see some chicken photos people! With ravelry, at least I can use the filters to weed out what I'm not wanting to work on: finding that pattern for you: in my library, crochet patterns, accessories: neck/wrap...brought the patterns to search through down to 50 or so...4x? layout of thumbnails and easy. until the thumbnail pic doesn't ring any bells...
They even have links to most of the yarn companies pattern libraries. red heart, lion brand, several European companies, some Japanese and even the old Australian ladies weekly (1940s ish) . it's become my bff when I have an idea but not quite figured out: short circuits the rip out/ try again process of getting what's in my head into the yarn.
Yes, I use Ravelry a fair bit too. There's some very clever people on there.
