Sad but true. But you know what I’m saying! Things do change in life, unfortunately.
Those are probably the only clean ones!Have you been washing bums? Those are exceptionally clean.![]()
Very true. And my eyes hurt every second they are open. I did fly some eggs down to my sister in San Diego. Three dozen. But now I have a new recipe to try my eggs with, it’s all goodSad but true.
I would tell you to fly me up some of those extra eggs, but there's too much smoke in the waypretty much fire all the way from you to me these days, so sad.
Oh I am so sorry. These little feathered friend really do try us.I’m just feeling really helpless, I had a chicken at the vet only on Friday!
Man...mine is garbage compared to that. Thank goodness the girls are oblivious or I'm sure I'd never hear the end of itThere are some wonderful coops out there. Here are two of my favourites:.

I think all mine are molting but so far mildly. Diana's wing feathers are really tattered so they need replacement and everyone else is leaving little clouds of fluff when they shake themselves. So far no real feathers though.Thosevare probavly the onky clean ones!
Actually, Buttercup’s butt is clean, but she’s molting, so there are bare patches, too.
Speaking of molting, for everyone on this side of the world, are your birds molting right now? I have a lot of molters going on… Seems a bit early. Bridge, Lucky, Ester, Buttercup, Little Mill, and Cashew are all molting!
Charlie’s really off this morning. There was a soft-shelled egg and what looked remains of another egg. She keeps sitting quietly and sticking her head under her wing. She wasn’t really interested in mealy worms. I don’t know if I can keep doing this!

Mine are still too young to do a full molt (based on my reading...obviously not my own experience, so you know I'll be proven wrong!)Thosevare probavly the onky clean ones!
