I broke down and gave the chooks my meally worms. How could I resist having 12 pairs of chicken eyes begging me!

I’m still interested in getting at least two more Ameraucanas to add to my tribe. Then (maybe) my life will be complete. I also love my horse “Chaco “ and probably by Tuesday/Wednesday my purchase of the land will pass escrow. Can anybody imagine how many chickens, I could house on that acreage? Shoot! I could practically land my plane on that property!

I have landed at airports where animals need to be cleared from the runway before landing. But the animals were never chickens!
