Lila got a thread stuck on her Tounge. I cut the thread using a scissor and it disappeared.it’s been happening like the 3rd time and she seems ok. She eating and drinking…I shouldn’t worry about it right?or should I?

I'm sorry the quail has died. It is hard to endure. A broken leg is a severe dress on a fragile bird. But remember the others still need you to care for them. Have you been providing heat? The wailing is distress, which can be for several reasons. Needing warmth might be why they huddled together. They need external heat, they cannot generate enough by themselves. But we don't know about quail in particular here. Several people on BYC care for quail, look for those threads and they can help you with quail-specific needs.

I'm seriously concerned with the one, she's brutal too her coop mate. She won't let her eat and packs her constantly.

I let her out this morning to give the little one some time.

This has to be resolved soon as they new ones need to be in the large coop very shortly but everyone is fearful of her.

There was a few minutes when the were eating that amber started eating on the other side of the wire, she was chattering too Agatha and Agatha was chatting back, but Tina wasn't so comfortable.

Right now they are parted with a fence and enjoying the garden

Really it can take months to truly integrate.
