I wonder if it will settle back down after some time has passed or if this is the new norm from here on out.

Mine seem to be settling into a new post-Elizabeth routine.
It is definitely different.

Platina took a few steps yesterday and is doing the splits again today.

Wings are short and ragged, but the new feathers look nice.

I do hope she gets over the splits. I wouldn’t begin to know what to do to help.

Sorry Ivy. It's just being used to more sleek and feral looking hens my vision of beauty may not be inclusive enough.

Maggie definitely molting! She is looking very scruffy but seems in good spirits.
