Minnie seems to be eating normally and I am resisting weighing her until the end of the week in the hope she will have really put on weight. She is still losing a lot of feathers and has gone back to roosting on her own so she isn’t fully back to her old self. Oh and her comb is still pale and dry.

Hi sweetie :frow
She really is a wild woman with that crazy hair!
Did someone give her a bloody nose?!
Yes I see that too. Kind of looks fresh. Phyllis?

I hope she's okay, probably she is. If it's just the molt, sounds like she is on the upswing for sure, now that you see she's starting to eat again. I'd say it was a good 2 weeks from seeing Hazel and Butters each start to eat pellets again to seeing them eating more normally, it wasn't an overnight transformation.

This picture was after I coaxed her out of the nest box. That is the typical "bang your beak on the wire while trying to escape from someone" wound. It was just a scratch and is all cleared up already.

Good morning. I did not get any mug shots this weekend, but for now, there’s this. I wanted to show you the second gate I was thinking of relocating to the back side of the run under the walnut tree.
I think that gate would work quite well and you have picked a good location. Seems like a solid plan to me.
