I find it amazing that Lilly picked Sansa to be her new best friend after Patsy passed. I would have assumed she would have chosen either Hattie or Aurora rather then a new comer to the flock. Who knows, maybe Sansa is in training from the flock leader to one day fill that position when it opens up.

I'm not surprised...I think Lilly and Sansa have very similar personalities. Hattie is too laid back...even if she is sentinal. And Aurora...hmmmm, I think she needs a bit of grooming to mature into Lilly. Just my humble opinion. I've been know to be wrong many times...

What an unpleasant surprise. I went out to get my paper at the front gate.. and saw this. (Some truck, lost a load in front of my gate! I like naval oranges but gezzz!
The oranges are spread 1/4 mile down the highway. Yes,I have to clean up the mess. To get out the gate View attachment 2906997

Then I'm the odd one out being perfectly content with only my animal's.
It's good to see the odd friend to enjoy a good chat then catching up with my family is a joy.

You don't need one person too keep you happy, you glow! . Be content with yourself, there's no reason whatsoever for you to be lonely. I'd like very much to be able to travel but I can't, if I was in your situation I would enjoy my journeys and just love the time I spend with my animal's.

It's slightly swollen. I'm not sure what causes it. A couple of the others are like this. I'm inclined to think it's a symptom of a respiratory problem.

I was thinking the same last night. Vitamins and minerals are usually the source of ‘shortages’. B complex has something to do with feathers I read somewhere.

That would explain why Mark prescribed B vitamins for Peggy.
