Thanks for the warning it is pretty brutal. I have seen another one where the rooster corners the hawk in the coop and does the same. I don’t think most encounters end that way though.

What happened to the chickens? Or are you hatching ducks as well?
I am sorry I don’t really get involved in hatching so the whole candling thing is a mystery to me so I can’t really comment.

The chickens have recently been stolen and probably horrifyingly not anymore.So I’m going to raise ducks.

I’ve bought 5 eggs 1 was broken while shipped,1 was found infertile after 7 days,these 3 are the only ones which contain life.
