Of course you can. See if the vet will prescribe fluconazole for her.
Of course the vet would be best, but failing that drugs ending in 'azole' are all anti-fungal. And 'thrush' in chickens or humans is caused by the same fungus called candida albicans.
So the only question is safety (and secondarily dose).
I have no direct experience but if you look for posts from azygous here on BYC you will find an article on sour crop and other wisdom that reassures on the safety of human-use azole drugs in chickens. Dose is less precise because you basically just smear it all around!
You can also get an azole in a liquid formulation - used for ear infections and athletes foot. That might be better if her issue is mouth and ears - might just be easier to administer - but it is a much less common formulation than a cream so I don't know how easy it would be to find.

I realize this response was intended to help @LozzyR - so replying to myself in the hope that tagging works!

In Memorium

2 years ago today I buried one of my best friends. I will never forget her. I have have been lucky enough to have some very special chickens over the years and Maleficent was one of the best. Her death to an unknown predator while I was sick will forever rest on my conscience. Rest in peace my friend.

Truth be told, it was before Mal I stopped and switched to the current postings at the time, I think because I had skipped ahead some, and came upon the post, or a post referencing her death, and I read all those posts around it, and it was so sad, I couldn't deal with going back to the prior FBA postings knowing her death was coming up. But that left out all the news about everyone else too. I want to know all the histories at some point - the other thread participants posting Blasts From The Past is helpful - but such was her impact on you, Mal's death just got to me too, even though I didn't know her, or just barely knew her. It felt devastating. I know it was a hundred times worse for you. :hugs ❤️

A Step Backwards

I did not do Betty any favors making Phyllis roost next to her last night in the garage. When I moved them back to the coop and run, Phyllis went crazy and attacked and chased Betty all around the coop and run. Phyllis was not having her anywhere near her today. Betty has found ways to avoid her including using Maleficent's roost in the run.

While a little discouraging, Betty is one tough character when she wants to be. Phyllis was pretty aggressive at roosting time tonight but here is the final result.

Betty continues to get on the roost and shuffle down towards Phyllis. Well tonight Phyllis shuffled towards her but the end result was the same.

I took the opportunity while I was handling them today to weigh everyone.

Observations:
  • Phyllis has gained weight since I weighed her in December. Almost 1/2 a pound! In December she was 2.50 lbs, 1.136 kg. Now she is 2.93 lbs, 1.33 kg. She is still not back to 3 lbs. She was over 3lbs when she went broody.
  • Betty weighs more than Phyllis. This makes sense because she feels bigger when you hold her. Betty is 3.17 lbs, 1.44 kg.
