I only have 4 chickens they would be comfortable in there. I can't say for ten, as for the space inside as it's only showing the exterior. I wish we could see inside

What about a shed for convenience adding a run outside. Would this be easier for your DH?

Due too the inferior workmanship of my first coop I had one made but again I had to have a lot of work done on it
The assembly video shows the size pretty well. I think the floor space is about 4x11 or 4x12..

What do you guys think of this for my flock of ten? It’s expensive amd on the small size compared to what they are used to, but looks nicely made. The assembly video really shows the size. It would be quick smd easy, assuming we could get it shipped in time.

That looks nice and quality made! While it isn't as much space as they are used to, you could fence in underneath and add a pen (like second pic.), and they will then have a reasonable amount of total space, plus fully covered space (with under the coop) Just an FYI: if you fence in under the coop, hinge the front panel so you can lift & access a chicken if needed and/or rake out poop periodically. Said someone with experience! lol.

I don't know how much space they have now, but I got this (to be moveable, but you could put it on 2X4s and lay bricks, patio blocks, etc around the perimeter and or fasten wire along the base - fanned out - to make a secure run.)

I would do 3 modifications to this pen:
1) put it on 2X4 lumber base so fencing goes all the way to the bottom.
2) Use wire mesh, not the chicken wire that comes with it. (I actually used the chicken wire, folded in 1/2, as perimeter fencing - on the ground for another pen to prevent digging in)
3) added small lumber to one side so I could make a chicken pop-door & add a roost diagonally across back corner.

It makes a great pen (not a coop as they advertise). It is reasonably sturdy and a decent price...and you could get a larger one (they have a longer one) or get 2 and put them together in whatever configuration. Tarp it comes with covers whole roof, and you could wrap sides with clear for winter.

I think it could be fine size-wise though I didn't see them specifying how much roost length there was with the 2 roosts and that would be good to know.
It is quite expensive and if it is well made that is fine as it will reduce stress and last a long time. But you will end up spending more creating a run etc. so you need to take that into account.
For that money you could buy a very cheap 'disposable' prefab and hire a lad to make you a new one to your specifications. Hubby may not want to make you a coop but I am sure he has the contacts to connect you to a lad who could help. An apprentice or a high school kid maybe?
I do think you should explore the dismantle and re-assemble option. Again, for that price you could hire some help to do that with you. It is probably more than a 1-day job so you will need some crates or cardboard boxes to overnight the chickens while you are reassembling.
All the above is just my opinion. I am always happy to spend the money if it is good quality and I am also pragmatic enough to live with a 'make-do' that doesn't last. I don't want you to fall in between those two extremes!

There was a lady in town, pinning for my attention, but all I did was talk about my chickens. She became frustrated and told me bluntly “If we were to start a relationship, you would pay more attention to the chickens than me!” I told her bluntly as well, “I never said I was looking for a relationship, and my chooks are the love of my life!” True story!
Well it is always better to be truthful. Follow your heart, and hope it leads you well. Companionship come in all forms!
