See that's what I mean, herding cats! Seems tonight everyone was mad to get outside and I had to resort to The Stick to get them in. Even the lure of mealworms wasn't enough to drag them in! And @BY Bob they wouldn't even listen when I told them Get Home, and Go to Bed

Look at it this way alex, good exercise for your lung capacity!!!

Did they get everything done ok and safety?
I’m having to use the inhaler tonight (speaking of lung capacity) :(

Gluten free and I would starve ! I live on bread BUT not store bought. I make my own 🤗

Never could do dairy all my life, and dont miss it, to me cheese looks like puss hahaha - I know sorry 😏 but do not like cheese.

Now I am old also can't tolerate high fiber like bran... Diverticulosis... Oh the joys of getting old!

Ok tax:
My wonderful bread 🤗

Your bread, looks like it could use some vegan butter

Yup all doom n gloom.

But you do check it out in the morning.

Tend to spend more time on the weather network hahaha hoping it's summer.....
Nope… I have this weather app on my phone, if I bother to check it. I often delegate this to DH, as I always forget where on the phone the silly thing is. I also use the look outside method! 😂 my outdoor sensor on the digital thermometer broke a couple years ago. 🤷‍♀️
I relax for a bit before doing evening chores, and watch reruns of Murder She Wrote 😁, probably seen them a million times, but it's good fun.

Every now and then I watch a few other CBC or BBC murder mystery shows ... But truthfully, I get up so early I just can't take the time.... Work rules my life, like the horses and chickens 🐔🐎
The other thing is the chickens don’t obey the daylight savings time change for some reason. I guess not enough of them have phones?

My husband is seriously gluten intolerant, started about 10 years ago. I have done gluten free diets on and off since childhood in an attempt to minimize my autoimmune issues. Once we couldn't have it in the house anymore it was best for me to be gluten free too.
Thanks for sharing this, in always interested in dietary choices! That’s our current approach to alcohol, as we need to seriously cut down our drinking. If we don’t have it here at all then we don’t need to worry about managing it. My lactose intolerance was severe to the point of several hospitalizations in my early teens, and stayed that way until my mid twenties. I’m now able to tolerate much more dairy. It’s amazing how many people are lactose intolerant and don’t even realize it!
