Phyllis and Lilly enjoyed the garden together yesterday. It was worm city.

But what do you do with a bucket full of mice?
Ummm, dispatch them, then feed the wildlife?:idunno

Or, if you want to raise BSFL, then slice open the belly after dispatching...and give them to the BSFL....they'll eat all but the skin & bones...and turn it into GREAT chicken 'food' that you can feed live OR dry and feed later......

I just wanted to share an update for those who were interested. They passed the bill to eradicate the chickens. They changed the bill to say “population control” instead of “eradicate”. But at this point it’s the same thing 🤦🏽‍♀️ So disappointed in those who were in favor of this.
This is really disappointing. I really wanted to visit Hawaii too but the wild chickens were the main reason I wanted to go, good job I didn't have many pennies is my holiday fund! Can't believe they have gone forward with this.

Well I would give them directly to the chickens (unless someone tells me crows like them in which case they can share).
But how do you dispatch the bucket of mice? Drown them (cruel)? Put them in the mouse zapper (why not let them walk in on their own)? Gas them (dry ice maybe)? Feed them live to the chickens (they might escape)?
My point is that a kill trap takes out the extra step of dispatching them and does so in a rapid, humane and stress free way.
