I mainly posted about Bernadette on her emergency thread so I skipped over it summarizing FBA.

One thing on the Update - I am still behind so maybe @RebeccaBoyd caught it - didn't she give Baby the Squirrel chick, she appeared to accept it, but then rejected it, and she got Raven to take it? I am all confused now!

Raven and her chick are off the porch although from these photo's you can see they are clearly not ready to start the day. I guess when you only have 1 to look after you can be as lazy as you want. I will say if those in charge of this one's name do not come up with something soon I will be open to suggestions. Dad and grandma are who I left in charge....so far nothing.

I think I will have to submit this one to Picture of the Week.

Yes this is exactly what happened. As you can see in the post above Raven is very happy to be a mother to 1.

Well, she no longer shouts to the world that she needs to lay a egg. Several other's have kept that up for her though. If you are another hen or rooster though you would not say she's mellow. No one else is allowed to interact with her baby.
