Do you have a medium/large dog crate? If so, you can wrap top & 3 sides with cardboard, plastic, towel, anything...and leave the side with the door unwrapped/open so she can go in and out at will, & facing the sun. (It is heading into your winter there, yes?) This may be a bit too much, but I have used an empty jug, filled with very hot water and wrapped in either cardboard or a towel (think, hot water bottle), and put it in a protected space as a mini warmer (I've also done this with a bucket for the coop at night on really bitter cold nights.)
Was it also a concern that she might pick up more coccidiae (lord knows I DON'T know the spelling of plural for the coccidosis causing bacterium
