The roo in the last link is quite handsome! He looks small (?maybe framing of pic?) Is he a Wlesummer? Again, he seems small for that, but what gorgeous colouring!
Théo is my only rooster, it's him again on that picture. He likes to pose.Is he young (like 1 ish?) They do tend to calm down and be more respectful in future spring seasons. Give him time to mature....really, they are not unlike teenage boys...all gropey and such, lol. But then the hormonal teenagers grow into fine young men for the most part.![]()
He's a backyard mutt, given to us by a farmer in our village. He's a mix of bantam and standard so he's a bit smaller than the smallest of my ex-batts.
I don't know his age either. We got him early December as a cockerel. When I asked for an opinion on his age on BYC I was told he was between 3 and 6 months then, so he would be between 9 and 12 now. I do exactly think of him as a teenager, his behaviour has changed a lot throughout these six months and I think he's not an adult yet.
