I have not counted! What do you see?How many toes there on little Enzo?
My in-laws had a horse, Ornery who was allowed to roam the yard. When he started down the drive, he went back in the pasture. Earned his name at a week old....attempting to take on one of the studs where he was foaled (luckily the most laid back/relaxed one there). Gave 1st ride to every single one of the grandkids, including my youngest (the youngest) when his grave was already dug and they had another gentle horse to work with. He was out for his daily rasher of oats and kept standing in front of me, ignoring the oats. Finally put my barely year old son on his bare back so he could hold the mane. Only then did Ornery go eat his oats. Other horse came back with older kid, son moved over to that one, and Ornery went off to mow all the dandelions, content that the new kid had been on his back. He was past 30 when he died and got let out into the yard EVERY day. Pampered pets come in all shapes and sizes. She did awesome didn't sheand her feather babies are reaping the rewards
Fyi my farmer neighbour loved his dairy cows, his favourite Mandolin was permitted to roam at large and she would regularly have friends along for company hahaha not all farmers are like 'those that shan't be named'.
So glad on Hattie and love the picture of the grain in your footstool.Monday Mugs

So far she is walking pretty good this morning.
Love the first picture in particular - so green, so peaceful!Mugs from this week: they were surprisingly cooperative...unlike the fluffy ones...
