The was for the Roadrunners. I'd give a pitchfork to the raccoons if I could. (Well, not really. Despite not being a fan, I can't kill them . My neighbor takes them....I don't want to know what happens to them, because if it is relocating (the humane option) it is illegal here....and if it is using his rifle, I would rather not know.

I just know they can't stay here because chicken is their favorite meal, and it is near impossible to 'fortress' 6 acres.

Do the chooks eat the pears? Mine don't the like apples so I would think they won't like pears.. ?

Good one! I tried for pics but can hardly move it's rainy and damp today makes for achy bones.

But I did catch Sophia roosting on the new door, I yelled at her on the hen cam and she looked at the camera then pecked it hahaha

Bella. She is on my lap!!!

Technically she is half on the arm of my chair and half on my knee.
She is soooo soft!
Her beard looks a bit ratty and I thought maybe Bernadette was plucking it. She may be, but watching Bella drink she sprays water everywhere including all down her beard so I am thinking that may be the cause.
