It's Janet's turn now. She's on daily shots of clavulox for five days, so we'll be going back and forth between home and Mark's surgery. Her second shot is this evening.

Here you aren’t allowed to hunt even vermin before sunrise or after sunset. It apparently makes for too many “accidents” The feral goats fall into that “vermin” category, as do deer lol! But you’re still supposed to be a set distance off of roads or your neighbours structures I am sure! Unlike some places in the USA, where you’re allowed to hunt on other people’s private property unless it’s posted otherwise… my favorite is the fake moose silouettes that get put up to catch hunters shooting from inside their vehicles along the highway.

Ya they put the fake deer here haha

Some smarty pants dressed one of the deer up as Rudolph with a red nose and garland on his antlers

I feel I owe tax but I just am laughing here thinking of the special deer we have here

I've brought flexi into my bedroom. I can't rest not knowing how she is

She's still pooping

Pooping is a way of clearing the system out.

Old Penelope has had runny poops past week or so, and now she is molting like crazy. The gals did this last year so I knew what was going on this time.

Make sure Ms Flexi is getting lots of fluids

But at least the horses and chickies are happy it isn't hot, and that makes me happy
