I've also been animating and creating all weekend so I've got even more behind! :(
Are you entering anything in the HUGE BYC contest? I immediately thought of you and @Blazinga when I saw the arts categories!! So talented...I'm hoping you both do & both win!!!!

Speaking of that, has anyone heard from blazinga lately?? It's been a while since they've been on....

I keep telling myself it is worth persevering because we know what she has and it will get better, but in spite of tube feeding multiple times a day she is getting weaker and weaker.
Honestly it is breaking my heart.
:hugs :hugs :hugsHopefully in a day or two she will start to turn the corner; that the feedings will have given her the strength to start mending/conquering the virus:fl:fl:fl

This is what I believe. It's taken a long time to get this run down. It's going to take a while to turn her back around.

I love it! I'm glad I got you thinking differently even if you didn't use the idea. Good choice :thumbsup
There were several other mobster names in strong contention and the opportunity to check out infamous history was fun! Johnny Cash just came to mind also: Ring of Fire/black feathers.... sticking with Kren, but definitely have names on the future possibilities list.

You Say it's Your Hatch Day!

Guess who turns 4 today (Saturday)! She is the grand dame of Fluffy Butt Acres!

I thought we would celebrate with pictures of when she came to live with us.

Hattie is the bum on the left.

Tomorrow, photos of the teenage years!
Happy Hatch Day Hatte.
Such a lovely lady. :love

Oh no!!! What did you do for it?
Not a lot. It was sort of an incidental finding when she laid the lash egg. The vet took an xray and found them - I have the xray pictures somewhere.
For a while I thought she would drop down dead at any moment but it is ages ago now - can it really be nearly two years?! - so I assume they have passed out of her somehow. Not sure.
I did two things at the time. I snuck some extra grit into her in the hope that it would help grind the points off and I gave her some chelating powder to try and offset any heavy metal poisoning.
But really I just hoped for the best!
