I’m not really sure. Obviously that veterinarian doesn’t know her chickens either. To let you all know, I know the chickens I have left. Each one trained to be handled. It was a pleasure to have Hen-Rietta inside with me for a while, I had to help her loosen up her vent to pass an egg. I got to hug Flash, Xzit, Bo peeps, and Shenandoah, The magnificent little Coco and even Jaffar tonight. Dakota is inside with me now. (baby aspirin time again) here it’s only 7:22and everybody chose to roost earlier than expected. But darn it all! Jaffar loosened my shoe strings again (no idea why he does that)

Can anyone tell me why Jaffar likes to peck at my shoe laces? I’m getting tired of tying them up every time he does it!

I’m bringing Jaffar inside with us tonight too. That rascal is still such a good rooster! And I will set his crowing for 05:30

Double knot them so tugging on them has no effect....unless you secretly like letting him tease you....
